notes from the field

I am still in Missouri, and am driving home tomorrow. It's been a wonderful visit (not over yet, more family coming to see me tonight) and I am tired and happy.

The bite is doing really well. I think it is going to heal with a minor scar. I am still tired and have achy joints, but overall it's much better.

I should be back to a regular posting schedule tomorrow, or maybe Wednesday since I'll be dropping into bed in an exhausted heap when I get home tomorrow evening.
