blogroll meme

Found this on Tvindy's site and love it. Here goes:

There are TWO rules when answering these questions:
Only ONE answer to each. Of course its tough - thats the point!
Each blog/blogger may only be used ONCE

What blogger inspired you to FINALLY start a blog?
I had been reading blogs for a while before I finally gathered up my courage to do it. I couldn't list just one. If I had to...um....Body and Soul

What blog do you visit the most often everday?
My own, anymore. The rest...hrm. Snowball's blog, probably

What blogger do you think you have the most in common with?
Anne, at Dragon Bear Cave. Have you seen our quizzes? We always score the same.

Which blog can you be sure will make you pee a little you laugh so hard?
I Could Have Been a Contender. Dammit, billy, you owe me for laundry detergent! :)

Which blogger leaves you the best/funniest comments?
David at Mirrors and Cameras. Best, not funniest. And he swears he has stopped changing the name of his blog for a while, the existential crisis is over for now.

What blogger do you wish would update more often?
Me again. Oh, can't say that. Well then Tequila Mockingbird. She is a beautiful writer.

Which blog do you wish more people would read?
If I said, then everybody'd go there and the place would be overrun with tourists...hahah, no, really I wish more people would visit Fiddler's Green

Which blog do you learn the most from?
Making Light. Read the Particles on the left side of the page. I always follow those links and learn the most amazing things.

What blog is your newest addition?
feral, although I used to link to her as Thistle and Hemlock. The name changed, the site is still the same bloggy goodness.

Who has been on your blogroll the longest?
Real Live Preacher

Whose blogroll would you LOVE find yourself on?
and I can't say all of them, hrm. Standing Room Only

Whose blogroll were you the happiest to find yourself on?
Le Pretre Noir

If you could write like any blogger, who would it be?
Um, Neil Gaiman, duh.

What blogger are you the happiest you've "met?"
All the ones I have, which are few. You won't get me playing favorites here.

Which blog do you recommend the most?
Dammit, all of them. OK, whiskey river. It's more of a place to go and remind yourself what is important in life than a typical blog, but I love it.

Who is the next person you'll add to your blogroll?
I don't know yet.

Who is the blogger you hope to meet in "real" life?
Leslee, from Third House Party, although I'd love to meet everyone, really.

Which blogger you admire the most?
Naked Jen, she has the best outlook on life and is an incredible lady in every way.

Who would you trust with your blog while you were away?
So many of you, but to choose one -- Pam from Beancounter Daydreams

Which blog has your favorite design?
Only one? eclecticism, by Michael Hanscom. It is the most intentionally designed blog I know, and the design is significant, a protest of stereotyping blog designs according to gender. Go Michael!

How many blogs are on your blogroll(s)
66. 600 more to go, whee!

Hey, Alicia - that would be so fun! Have to try to figure out how to do that... seriously.

Meanwhile, this meme has some hard questions - I'm not sure I could answer some of them. I'll have to think about this.

That's very interesting. Is there a template we could use instead of copying all of that and deleting the links and comments you've added? I'd love to try it.

He did it too! Hula boola, Hugh! you made my day :)

D'oh! And Leslee, yes indeed we need to find a way to get to meet each other!

I still think it would be cool for all of us to meet midway. If any of you have read American Gods by Neil Gaiman, there is a place called House on the Rock that would be a really fun place to meet, and it's near the center of the United States.

Many thanks on the kind words about my, well, words. And trust me, the crisis is indeed over. It was driving me about as batty as everyone else!

Wow! Congratulations on getting blogrolled by hUGH. The blog I chose for that question wasn't as responsive. lol
